Shipping Policy

All PRINT BOOKS will be shipped to you by Lulu Direct. 

ORDER PROCESSING:

Please allow one day to process your EBOOK order and three to four weeks to process your PRINT book order.

Expect an email within 24 hours to let you know your order is on the way!

STORE PICKUP 
We have no physical store so we do not have store pickup.


LOCAL DELIVERY
We have no physical store, so we do not have local delivery.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING
Print Book Orders are generally shipped within three to four weeks using UPS and /or USPS.

Flat rate USP and /or USPS shipping rates apply to orders shipping to addresses in the continental United States. NOTE: We do not ship outside of the United States at this time.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING RATES AND ESTIMATES:
For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:
We do not ship to markets outside the continental United States.

REFUNDS,, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
We accept returns up to 24 days after delivery for PRINT BOOKS only if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@maryanndiorio.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
