Refund Policy
2. All physical books are shipped via UPS. Handling times vary, but it typically takes 2-3 weeks for your book to be printed and delivered directly to your doorstep. If you have questions about your shipment, please email me at info@maryanndioro.com
3. At this time we don’t ship outside the United States. Please see your local retailer if you are interested in purchasing my books outside the United States.
__RETURNS & REFUNDS
__We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery for PRINT BOOKS only if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@maryanndiorio.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
